RESOLUTION NO. XXXX-2024
RESOLUTION OF THE FORT BRAGG CITY COUNCIL APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 2023/24-18 FOR COSTS INCURRED FOR THE FORT BRAGG SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 2023 (AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $33,988, ACCOUNT NO. 110-4110-0315) WHEREAS, on November 7, 2023 The City of Fort Bragg and County of Mendocino held a Special Election; and WHEREAS, the election was necessary to include Measure Q on the ballot; and WHEREAS, the budgeted amount was insufficient to cover the cost of the election; and WHEREAS, Budget Amendment 2023/24-18 is needed to move funds in order to pay for the cost of the election; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg does hereby amend the previously adopted FY 2023-24 Budget to incorporate the changes enumerated in Exhibit A and does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was introduced by Councilmember _________, seconded by Councilmember _________, and passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg held on the 10th day of June 2024, by the following vote:
