MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Mayor Norvell called the Strategic Workshop to order at 2:05 PM.
ROLL CALL
Present: 5- Mayor Bernie Norvell, Vice Mayor Jason Godeke, Councilmember Tess Albin-Smith, Councilmember Lindy Peters and Councilmember Marcia Rafanan
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THIS SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
This was an interactive workshop where the public, staff, and council members commented throughout the session.
3. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
24-873 City of Fort Bragg Strategic Planning Workshop 2025-2030 City Manager Isaac Whippy thanked the community and staff for attending and introduced facilitators Ellen Cross of Strategy Driver and her colleague Maria Pascoal. Ellen gave a brief introduction and spoke about the agenda for the workshop.
Items discussed at the Workshop included:
-Mission Statement: definition, revision, and refining
-Vision Statement: definition, revision, and refining
-Values: definition, revision, and refining
-Goals: definition, revision, and refining
-Priority Objectives: refining objectives
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Norvell adjourned the Strategic Planning Workshop at 7:49 PM.
