City Council,
I am writing to express my full support for Diane's recommendations for both contract awards concerning the reservoir and community forest project and encourage you to adopt them. In my experience reviewing basically all City work since I moved back to Fort Bragg, I have consistently found Diane's work to be of the highest quality and have full confidence in her thoroughness, attention to detail, and thoughtful analysis. She identifies all the major issues in a way that is uncommon, often noticing potential issues that I missed in my own review of the project documents. I am excited that she is working on this important project and expect an excellent CEQA document on par with the one as she stewarded through the review process for the raw water line project.
