a, Prep the entire chimney from roof le.rel up with a grinder und repoint all rnortar joints.
b. Tuck-point all chirnney joints frorn roof level up.
c. Once joints ha.re dried smooth joints with gauging trowel. d. Coat all chirnneys from roof level up with prerniurn grade stone sealant.
e. Remove all debris created in the roofing process from site.
Cost of Labor & Materials: 93,6Br.oo
Payment: roo/o or gr,ooo (whichever is less) will be due upon the signing of the contract. Half of total contract will be due upon the commencenrent of the work, and the balance will be due in full within 5 days from the cornpletion of the work
Payment Terms: Late fees past 3o days will be charged r,5o/o Per rrronth.
Customer shall pay all costs of collection, including without limitations, reasonable attorney's fees. Contractor d.grees to use his best efforts to obtain the lowest possible prices from aaailable material suppliers. ln the eaent of significant delay or price increase of material occurring during the performAnce of the contract through no fault of the Contractor, the contract sum, time of performxnce, and contract requirements shall be equitably adjusted by change order in accordance u:ith the procedures of the contract documents. A change in price of an item of material shall be considtered significant when the price of an item increases 5o/o percent bettpeen the date of this contract and the date of installation, Redu:ood Roofers maintains, at all times, General Liability Insurunce with a $2tooo,ooo.oo limit of liability and Worhers Compensation Insurance. (Jpon Request, we shall furnish a certificate of insurdnce as proof of this coaerage. Redwood Roofers will arrqnge for the final roofing inspection.
