r. Cut into existing T.P.O. roof to prop erly install z3A" HPWX plate fastened with z" #r5 thread with a #3 Philips head to roof decking. z. Apply 6o mill T.P.O. (thermoplastic polyolefin) single ply membrane over seams PRN.
3. Installation of T-joint covers over all areas where roof decking penetrations have punctured the membrane roo {ing.
4. Properly detail existing T.P.O. flashing i.e.: edge flashing, clad metal flashing, ins ide/outside corners, screws, plates, t-joint covers, and through wall scuppers.
I. Properly detatl out existing drainage scuPpers to help factlttate ProPer dr arn age.
6. Remove all debris created in the roofing process to the county landfill.

Bid does not include any shylights or necessdry interior slzylight worh unless otherwise stated; abid for interior finish carpentry canbe proaided upon request. Redwood Roofers shall not be held responsible for "popped nails" or plaster/siding damage resulting from any roofing worlt, dust, dirt or debris in attic, minor damage to shrubs, driaeways, wallzwdys or patios. The contract price hasbeen calculatedbased on the current prices for materials as of the execution of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to use his best efforts to obtain the lowest possible prices from aaailable material suppliers. ln the eaent of significant delay or price increase of material occurring during the performunce of the contract through no fault of the Contractor, the contract sum, time of performunce, and contract requirements shallbe equitably adjustedby change order in accordance with the procedures of the contract documents. A change in price of an item of material shall be considered significant when the price of an item increases 5o/o percent between the date of this contract and the date of installation. Redwood Roofers maintains, at all times, General Liability lnsurance with a gz,ooo,ooo.oo limit of liability and Worhers Compensation lnsurance. T-)pon Request, we shall furnish a certificate of insurance as proof of this coaerdge. Redwood roofers will drrange for the final roofing inspection. The smolte detector affidauit is the sole responsibility of the property owner. All worlt willbe done to the uniformbuilding code standards orbetter.
