r. Remove existing two (z) gul" antzed leuderheads, existing downsPouts to rernain.
z. Installation of two (z) .rstom fabricated 3o4 starnless steel conductor heads with 3" oval outlet (to a..omrnodate 3" round downspout).
3. Rernove all debris created in the roofing process the county landfill.
4. Obtain a county building permit.
Cost of Labor & Materials: $2,62r,oo
Payment: roo/o or gr,ooo (whiche.rer is less) will be due upon the signing of the contract. Half of total contract will be due upon the commencement of the work, and the balance will be due in full within 5 days from the completion of the work.
Payment Terms: Late fees past 3o days will be charged r.5r/o Per rrronth.
Customer shall pay all costs of collection, including without limitations, reasonable attorney's fees. In addition to arry other right or rerrl"dy provided by law, if customer fails to pay for the services when due as listed abo..e, Redwood Roofers has the option to treat such failure to pay as a materials breach of this Contract, and rnay cancel this Contra.t and/or seek Legul.ernedies.

A change in price of an item of material shall be considered significant when the price of an item increases 5o/o percent between the date of this contract and the date of installation. Redwood Roofers maintains, At all times, General Liability Insurance with a $2,ooo,ooo.oo limit of liability and Worhers Compensation lnsurance.
