RESOLUTION OF THE FORT BRAGG CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TRUEPOINT SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF ACCELA SOFTWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT (AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $127,030.00) WHEREAS, the City of Fort Bragg is committed to improving the quality and efficiency of its Planning and Building Department operations; and WHEREAS, the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Services Agreement (“Contract”) on August 13, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Contract states that the City proposes to utilize the services of the Consultant as an independent contractor to provide implementation of Accela Civic Applications for Building, Planning, and Engineering, as more fully described herein, and for a total contract shall not exceed Eighty Seven Thousand Thirty Dollars ($ 87,030.00); and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the contract to extend the Term of Completion to August 31, 2025, and the term to November 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, there are still sufficient funds budgeted for these activities; NOW, THEREFORE, for the aforementioned reasons and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, City and Consultant hereby agree that the Professional Services Agreement to provide implementation of Accela Civic Applications for Building, Planning, and Engineering, between the CITY and CONSULTANT dated August 13, 2024, is hereby amended as follows:
