City Manager Isaac Whippy provided report of recent City Events and welcomed Interim Chief Eric Swift. City Clerk Diana Paoli updated community regarding voting drop box at City Hall, deadline for Library Advisory Board and new interim website features.
4. MATTERS FROM COUNCILMEMBERS
Councilmembers reported on local events attended, Annual League of Cities Conference in Long Beach and welcomed interim Police Chief Eric Swift.

A motion was made by Councilmember Peters, seconded by Councilmember Hockett, that the Consent Calendar be adopted. The motion carried by the following vote:
