NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fort Bragg City Council will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Town Hall, southwest corner of Main and Laurel Streets (363 N. Main Street), Fort Bragg, California 95437. The public hearing will concern the following item:
Resolution of the Fort Bragg City Council Adopting Regulatory Fees for the Vacant Commercial Building and Lot Program
Public Comment regarding this Public Hearing may be made in any of the following ways: (1) Emailed to [email protected] (2) Written comments delivered to City Hall, 416 N.
Franklin Street before 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting; or (3) Verbal comments made during the meeting, either in person at Town Hall or virtually using Zoom if a Zoom link is provided at the time of agenda publication. Comments received via email will be provided to the City Council and reflected in the packet. Comments will not be read verbally at the meeting. All comments received after 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting will become a permanent part of the agenda packet on the day after the meeting or as soon thereafter as possible, exempt comments are those in an unrecognized file type or too large to upload to City Agenda software.
Staff reports and other documents that will be considered by City Council will be made available for review on the City's website: https://cityfortbragg.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx, at least 72 hours prior to the City Council meeting, and are also available for review and/or copying during normal office hours at Fort Bragg City Hall, 416 N. Franklin Street. To obtain more information, please contact the City Clerk, via email at [email protected]. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council will consider a decision on the above matter.

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que el Ayuntamiento de Fort Bragg celebrara una audiencia publica en su sesion ordinaria que tendra lugar a las 18:00 horas, o tan pronto coma sea posible despues de esa hara, el lunes 8 de diciembre de 2025 , en el Ayuntamiento, ubicado en la esquina suroeste de las calles Main y Laurel (363 N. Main Street), Fort Bragg, California 95437.
La audiencia publica tratara sabre el siguiente tema:
Resoluci6n del Ayuntamiento de Fort Bragg por la que se adoptan las tasas regulatorias para el Programa de Edificios y Lotes Comerciales Vacantes Los comentarios del publico sabre esta Audiencia Publica pueden realizarse de las siguientes maneras: (1) Enviados par correo electronico a [email protected] ; (2) Entregados par escrito en el Ayuntamiento, ubicado en 416 N. Franklin Street, antes de las 14:00 horas del dia de la reunion; o (3) Realizados verbalmente durante la reunion, ya sea en persona en el Ayuntamiento o virtualmente a traves de Zoom, si se proporciona un enlace de Zoom al momenta de la publicacion del orden del dia. Los comentarios recibidos par correo electronico se enviaran al Ayuntamiento y se incluiran en el expediente. Los comentarios no se leeran verbalmente durante la reunion . Todos las comentarios recibidos despues de las 14:00 horas del dia de la reunion se incorporaran al expediente del orden del dia al dia siguiente o tan pronto coma sea posible. Quedan exentos las comentarios en un formate de archive no reconocido o demasiado grandes para cargarlos en el software del orden del dia municipal.
