This project was constructed in accordance with the Contract entitled 2025 Pavement Preservation Project dated June 25, 2025.
The name of the contractor of the improvement work is Argonaut Constructors, Inc 360 Sutton Place, Santa Rosa, Ca 95407. The contract was awarded to this firm on June 23, 2025, pursuant to Resolution 4949-2025 by the Fort Bragg City Council.
The address of the owner is the City of Fort Bragg, 416 North Franklin Street, Fort Bragg, California 95437.
On January 26, 2026, Chantell O’Neal, Assistant Director of Engineering, executed a Certificate of Completion for the above-referenced project indicating that this project was completed as of that date. See Certificate of Completion attached hereto as Exhibit A.
