NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fort Bragg City Council will conduct a public hearing at a regular meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Town Hall, southwest corner of Main and Laurel Streets (363 N. Main Street), Fort Bragg, California 95437. The public hearing will concern the following item:
Proposed Resolution Adopting Revisions to the City's Fee Schedule for Various City Fees and Services for 2026
At least ten (10) days before the meeting, the data indicating the cost or estimated cost required to provide the service for which the fee or service charge is levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the service will be made available to the public for review. The resolution and additional information that the City Council will consider will be available for review at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the hearing date.
These records will be available at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 416 North Franklin Street, Fort Bragg, California 95437; please call (707) 961-2823, ext. 104, to schedule an appointment for review and/or copying during normal business hours.
All interested persons are invited to appear at this meeting to present their comments and be heard as to whether the proposed rates and charges are discriminatory or excessive. Written communications should be received no later than 2 PM the day of hearing date at [email protected].

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que el Ayuntamiento de Fort Bragg llevará a cabo una audiencia pública en una reunión ordinaria que se celebrará a las 6:00 p. m., o tan pronto como se trate el asunto, el lunes 9 de febrero de 2026 , en el Ayuntamiento, esquina suroeste de las calles Main y Laurel ( 363 N. Main Street ), Fort Bragg, California 95437. La audiencia pública tratará el siguiente tema :
Propuesta de resolución que adopta revisiones a la escala de tarifas de la ciudad para diversas tarifas y servicios municipales para 2026
Al menos diez (10) días antes de la reunión, se pondrán a disposición del público para su revisión los datos que indican el costo o el costo estimado necesario para prestar el servicio por el cual se cobra la tarifa o cargo por servicio, así como las fuentes de ingresos previstas para dicho servicio. La resolución y la información adicional que el Ayuntamiento considerará estarán disponibles para su revisión al menos setenta y dos (72) horas antes de la fecha de la audiencia.
