2A. 26-322 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION, Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (d) of Gov. Code Section 54956.9; City of Fort Bragg v. Mendocino Railway, Case No.: 21CV00850, Superior Court of Mendocino County, State of California
2B. 26-323 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION, Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (d) of Gov. Code Section 54956.9 SIERRA NORTHERN RAILWAY and MENDOCINO RAILWAY v. CITY OF FORT
BRAGG, United States District Court Case No. 4:24-cv-04810-JST Mayor Godeke reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 5:55 PM and City Attorney Baron Bettenhausen reported direction was given by City Council regarding litigation by unanimous vote to release a letter previously marked confidential. No further action was taken on the Closed Session items.

Mayor Godeke adjourned the meeting at 5:55 PM.
