The name of the contractor of the improvement work is Kevin M Sullivan and Associates Inc.431 N. Buchanan Circle Pacheco, Ca 94553. The contract was awarded to this firm on December 09, 2024, pursuant to Resolution 4882-2024 by the Fort Bragg City Council.

On July 1, 2026, Carlos Hernandez, Engineering Technician, executed a Certificate of Completion for the above-referenced project indicating that this project was completed as of that date. See Certificate of Completion attached hereto as Exhibit A.
