Committee Member Rafanan called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

3A. 26-214 Mobile Vending Unit Update
Economic Development Manager Sarah McCormick presented the report. Committee Member Rafanan asked a clarifying question. Staff clarified. Assistant Planner Valerie Stump continued with the report on the code enforcement. Committee members asked clarifying questions. Staff provided clarification.
Public Comment: Sabine Hahnbueck, David Jensen, Jenny Shattuck, Monica Lynne, Megan Cahon, and David Gurney
Staff asked for the Committee's direction in order to draft a new ordinance for the Mobile Vending Units. Committee Members provided direction.

Project on SR1
Committee Member Godeke presented the report. Committee Member Rafanan and Staff asked clarifying questions.

Public Comment: Jenny Shattuck, Jeremy Logan, and Jacob Patterson Staff provided clarification. Committee Members provided direction to the staff and provided direction on the project.
4. MATTERS FROM COMMITTEE / STAFF
Associate Planner Sarah Peters provided an update on the Binoculars Project. Committee Members requested more restrooms downtown. Staff asked for the item to be on the agenda at a future meeting.
