In case I won't be available to speak, this item should be postponed so adequate input can be received from the public. Sort of like the never used city economic development strategy suggests. Get input, reach out to the community. Once again this has not been done.
This was done at the planning commission meeting that if I recall had no input rom the public. Not all commissioners were there as well.
Sweeping changes should not be done this quickly. I do hope all the council candidates are watching this process.

Changing uses allowed is only away around proper zone changes. An EIR should be triggered with these changes.
