I, Celeste McFall, City Clerk for the Town of Fort Jones, hereby certify that the agenda for the December 19, 2022 meeting of the City Council was posted in City Hall, near the door of the City Council Chambers, Scott Valley Family Resource Center, Outside Frontier Hardware, the Post Office, and on the City's website www.fortjonesca.org on December 16, 2022.

The regular meeting of the Fort Jones City Council was called to order in person by Mayor Mercedes Garcia at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call: Mayor Garcia, Mayor Pro-Tem Banks, Council members Collie-Mason, Eayrs and Stacher were all present.
Also present: Deputy City Clerk Rachel Agron, and Public Works Supervisor Everett Hullquist.
Mayor Garcia led the flag salute.

Consent Calendar:
A). Approval of Minutes Regular meeting December 12, 2022 Kathye Banks asks that the word "full time" be changed to "permanent" in the meeting minutes with regards to hiring an Interim City Administrator.
Ms. Banks then motioned to approve the Consent Calendar. Julia Collie-Mason seconded the motion.

2. Review and approve Resolution 1117 for Prop. 68 application for new location for Central Park.
Mark Eayrs makes a motion to approve Resolution 1117. Amy Stacher seconds the motion.
