I, Rachel Agron, City Clerk for the Town of Fort Jones, hereby certify that the agenda for the January 18, 2023 Special Meeting of the City Council was posted in City Hall near the door of the City Council Chambers, at Ray's Food Place, at Scott Valley Family Resource Center, at the Post Office, Outside Ace Hardware and on the City's website, www.fortjonesca.org on January 13, 2023 I declare under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

ROLL Call
The special meeting of the Fort Jones City Council was called to order in person by Mayor Mercedes Garcia at 8:01 pm. In addition to Mayor Mercedes Garcia, Council Members present were Kathye Banks, Amy Stacher, and Julia Collie-Mason.
Also present: City Clerk Rachel Agron, Fire Chief Joseph Hess, and Interim City Administrator Adam Cox, who dialed in by phone.
Mayor Garcia led the flag salute.

A. Rural Community Assistance Corporation Discussion
Aaron Reimler shared information about the work that RCAC can do for the Town of Fort Jones and made himself available to answer questions.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting January 9, 2023 Mayor Mercedes Garcia moves to approve the January 9 minutes with two amendments: that Adam Cox's allusion to a future water rate study be included in the Administrator's Report, and that the Economic Development Committee Members be listed by name. Kathye Banks seconds the motion.
