ADJOURNMENT: The next Fort Jones City Council Meeting is scheduled to be held on October 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
It is the intention of the Town of Fort Jones to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. If, as an attendee or a participant at this meeting, or in meetings on a regular basis, you will need special assistance beyond what is normally provided, the Town will attempt to accommodate you in every reasonable manner. RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FORT JONES ADOPTING THE 2023-24
FINAL OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, California Government Code Sec 53901 requires each local agency to file its budget with the county auditor within 60 days after the beginning of its fiscal year, and WHEREAS, on September 18, 2023, at the time and place specified, the Council heard, discussed, and considered all oral and written testimony submitted on the budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Town of Fort Jones Council approves and adopts the Draft budget for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 as shown in Draft Budget dated September 18, 2023, hereby incorporated by reference and does further order and authorizes the following:
1. The DraftBudget dated September 18 shall be accepted asFinalBudget withoutfurther adjustments.
