Subject: Review and approve special meeting minutes for October 20, 2023 _________________________________________________________________________________________ Background
Due to new protocols at Mechanics Banks the bank removed the Fort Jones Museum bank signers off the signature cards, so right now the museum does not have access to their donated funds.

On October 20, 2023, the council passed to close the Fort Jones Museum bank account so the Town could return their money. To do this Mechanics Bank needs the finalized minutes.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the council approve the minutes so Mechanics Bank can close the accounts and issue a cashiers check to Fort Jones Museum.
