ADJOURNMENT:

The next Fort Jones Town Council Meeting is scheduled to be held on December 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m.

It is the intention of the Town of Fort Jones to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. If, as an attendee or a participant at this meeting, or in meetings on a regular basis, you need special assistance beyond what is normally provided, the Town will attempt to accommodate you in every reasonable manner. Individuals who need auxiliary aids or services for effective communication or to participate in programs and services of the Town of Fort Jones are invited to make their needs and preferences known by contacting the City Hall office, (530) 468-2281, at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

To Whom It May Concern,
The Siskiyou Community Resource Collaborative (SCRC) / dba Scott Valley Family Resource Center (SVFRC) is interested in becoming the new stewards of the Ft Jones Community Garden. SCRC has extensive gardening knowledge and resources to help make a community garden thrive. In 2018, SCRC / dba Dunsmuir Community Resource Center (DCRC), took over the Dunsmuir Community Garden.

Since then the garden in Dunsmuir has become a beautiful space in downtown Dunsmuir that is enjoyed by the community and travelers alike. The Dunsmuir Community Garden is known by many on the West Coast now. With visitors stating they are from San Diego to Seattle, and had heard about the project.

Being a non-profit allows us to go after more competitive grants, and fundraise. We will look into creating an adopt-a-bed program, create a community garden committee, and will seek input from knowledgeable gardeners on growing in this unique location to maximize production. We will create a volunteer program, host gardening programs for children and families, workshops for the community around nutrition, growing your own food, shopping on a budget, making a meal with what is ready to be harvested…etc.

It would be an honor to be chosen as the new stewards of the community garden in Ft Jones.

Our vast list of contacts and resources will contribute to a thriving garden. The food grown will be used for our emergency pantry, supplement senior commodities, volunteers, workshops and gardening programs. All funds raised for the garden will be used for the garden. We are happy to answer any questions, and look forward to hearing from the city.

Sincerely,
Steven Bryan / Mecca Foos
SCRC Regional and Program Director / SVFRC Program Manager Ft. Jones Police Chief’s Monthly Report
October 2023
As the winter months begin and the year draws to a close our main focus continues to be safety in and around town. The trend of consistent activity and calls for service has not let up and we anticipate levels of service in every venue to only increase throughout the holiday season. You will notice throughout the pd report that our officers have been very productive and proactive within the community. Again, we are very blessed to have such hardworking officers giving their all to continue to make our town safe and lead by example of adhering to our local morals and history. Always keep in mind while I mention our engagement in the community as being very active, many of these calls for service are positive and part of our community policing which incorporates our officers into and part of the community rather than just enforcing rules and regulations. It will always be our mission to provide a safe community to our constituents while also providing a mentor to our youth and an advocate to our community.

Traffic- While we have educated drivers on the rules of the road over the past year and what the town of Ft.

Jones expects, you have seen our focus being modified from education to accountability in the form of citations. It is important to educate pedestrians as well as drivers in proper etiquette while walking in town, especially to our youth that may not have much experience walking without their parents. We have seen an increase in traffic activity in the past several months with numerous citations being issued for violations such as speeding and driving while suspended. Extra patrol and high visibility in school areas helps to remind motorists of their responsibilities to drive with extra caution in any area with high pedestrian presence. Again, these past months our highest priority In the traffic realm has been a focus on U-turns, speeding, and failure to stop at crosswalks on Main Street.

We have shown high precents in the area including unmanned vehicles staged in the area as a reminder to drivers to follow the rules of the road. Numerous traffic stops have been made and we have received many phone calls asking why we have been swarming the area. It gives us the chance to educate people and have them spread the word to others of what is expected of them while in town. I also have several ideas for new safety equipment that can be implemented around town which will be presented to council in the upcoming months.

Schools- As mentioned above this school year we continue to work hand in hand with school officials in order to be proactive with the needs of our schools. We have been active with the DARE program and will even bring a modified DARE program focused on safety to Ft. Jones Elementary and our younger youth. We also have been physically walking into our schools to visit rather than just drive by. This opportunity allows us to talk with the kids and become familiar with them. It is always a great feeling when each and every child knows our name and is excited to see us. Once covid regulations where relieved over the past couple years, we have now been able to bring several of our pal programs back to school facilities. This makes our partnership with the school district even more productive as our programs can work hand in hand providing a better experience to our community’s youth. With the rise of Fentanyl related exposers throughout the country, we have also implemented several upcoming school education assemblies in order to educate everyone who may come across or be exposed to this country’s epidemic.

Animal Control- Several dog at large issues were handled during the month of October including dog at large and dog barking calls. Each of the situations were handled by verbal and written warnings. The warnings seemed to remedy the problem at this time. If the issues arise again the implementation of citations will occur.

Most of the dog at large problems have been consisting of dogs living out of town. This makes the situation a bit more difficult along with every animal rescue ranch and humane society being over capacity. As you know, this year we have been met with an explosion within the cat population. Officer York has been instrumental in the remedy of this issue and continues to drive a proactive stance for the community. Officer York will provide an update on the current program and successes we have had. While we will always have calls for services related to animal control it is nice to see that the hard work of the officers is having a positive outcome in other areas. We have had to put down a total of three mountain lions in the valley this year with two of them being in Fort Jones City limits. Each of these big cats were preying on local domesticated pets. We also will continue to work with town hall in new implementations of ordinances so as to gain compliance of dog registration throughout the year and as the new fiscal year begins July. Having dogs registered is important with our ability to hold owners accountable as well as fund the towns animal control program. With the weather permitting we will continue to be working with the Mayor in establishing our Kennels and placing them in service. This will prevent us from having to transport dogs to Etna and will keep the kennel fees within the Town of Ft. Jones.

Reports/Cases- As of this date we have over 110 written cases for the year. Again, these cases reflect an actual written case with them being sent to other departments such as the District Attorney’s Office. This does not reflect calls for service. These cases also include abatement cases. Several of these ordinance cases have been active and we will be hopefully closing out shortly, including the motel which is in escrow and by the sounds of it will be turned back into an asset for the community. As mentioned before, being in such a small area, our officers are tasked with a case from first dispatched to adjudication. This includes many hours of follow-up and court room testimony. Our detective assists with high profile and major crimes which helps alleviate some of the burdens which comes with complex cases. We are very fortunate to have Det. Mendes, as his experience in investigation comes unparalleled. I expect our yearly report numbers to approach 150 cases for the year that goes to show you the increase in the service our community is in need of. Last year we concluded the year with around 100 cases.

Calls for Service- Our calls for service for the month continue to be at a high volume as you can see in the attached statistical report. These calls include our assistance to the fire department as well as the ambulance service. We have also been assisting allied agencies on a regular basis including regular calls for service and the implementation of search warrants. PAL events have also taken many hours Tuesday through Saturday which throws a curve ball into our daily activities. Time management has become very important as we transition to new officers and priorities. With the filling of two open Police Officer positions, we hope to see a defrayment of activity throughout the department. You will see from our statistical report that the timeline runs for the previous month of the meeting and does not include the week or two of the current month. If any questions arise from an incident that may have occurred during this lap, please ask during the council meeting. I will advise what I can on any current event.

Code Enforcement- Enforcement continues to be on the forefront and we continue to have positive results and cooperation from those involved. As with any of the abatement issues we are always looking towards voluntary compliance. These are also all civil issues not criminal so the time a case remains open can be long periods, often over a year. As our major abatement cases continue to see progress and closure, we now have the experience and knowledge of what has been working and what has not. As mentioned at the last meeting the implementation of an in-house hearing process will help the town not only enforce but hold violators more accountable. Our new City Administrator is very versed in this process and will hopefully be able to guide us through the process. The follow-up has shown to take much of our time, however with the results we are seeing makes it well worth it. I have been very happy with the results of our ordinances, and it continues to be one other agencies are looking to in the attempt to create ordinances of their own. Again, as always a big thank you to Mercedes in the major task of overhauling and implementation of the Town’s Ordinances. With good ordinances comes the availability to uphold the town’s regulations and help our town head in a positive sustaining direction.

PAL- We have just wrapped up our Soccer season and have been working diligently implementing our flag football program. This program will continue for several months until we transition into our basketball season.

We have also seen a very successful Halloween season come to an end with a Trunk or Treat occurring in Fort Jones and Etna. Halloween night was successful and uneventful when it came to police calls for service. Officers patrolled around each town handing out candy and showing presents to those around town. I am glad to report we did not have one police report but only positive proactive contacts.

Training- All Officers and I have been attending training courses including our mandated perishable skills classes. January 1st marks the end of a two year time frame to get these training courses completed. The COS ADJ program continues to make these much-needed trainings available and free to local agencies. Any other advanced officer training we utilize through post are reimbursable making the attendance obtainable for our small-town officers.

As new officers our hired in the upcoming months they will also be incorporated into our training program. As with any Officer we will be going business to business introducing them to our constituents and speaking to them about what they are seeing in and around town. This is a great way for new officers not only to meet people but also to learn about the towns needs.

I have two other officers in background with is a very lengthy process and hope to get them into the training faze soon to begin the field training process. With in the next several months I hope to be back to full staff and beginning new programs with our schools providing much needed service to our community.

Reserves- Currently we have two reserves on the roster. Each of these reserves is putting in the required time and have been a great asset to the department. We as a community are blessed to have these individuals willing to put their lives on the line and ask for nothing in return including pay. Our Reserves have also been active in the participation and assists with allied agencies including Marijuana eradication and the North state major investigations team.

As mentioned, before we have an open-door policy and look forward to city staff, council, and our community visiting us. You are our eyes and ears out there as we can’t be everywhere at once. We rely on your help to be able to provide the best service possible to our community. Please come in and visit, share what you are experiencing, and if able come out on a ride along with an officer. We are all on the same team and we enjoy working together to solve our community’s needs.

We are also excited to welcome our new City Administrator Joshua and will be working with him on several projects to help Fort Jones continue to be a safe and special place to live.

In July, I was contacted by Veterinarian Dr. Scott Essex and his wife Jamie about a community trap and release grant from Community Cats Podcast. Prior to applying for the grant, the Essex’s were contacted by several members of the community expressing concerns about the Town’s feral cat colonies. The grant was awarded, and Jamie began planning the event and assembling her team. Planning meetings included the Essex’s, Purr-Angels and the Etna Police Department.

The event was held between October 10th and 13th,. This was an event that included many volunteers from the community, SNIP and Purr-Angels. The Essex’s utilized their experienced team of volunteers from SNIP to assist with surgeries and recovery of the cats. Purr-Angels and their volunteers were extremely skilled at trapping the feral cats. Former Mayor Michelle Decausemaker provided breakfast and coordinated the hospitality aspect of the event. Karen Whitehead played an important role orchestrating the autoclave and making sure the cats all had clean blankets. Sherry Glendeinning took on the daunting task of registering cats upon intake. Town of Fort Jones Public Works employees Everett and Kevin played a vital role in making sure the Veterinary staff and volunteers had everything necessary needed at City Hall during the event. Members of the Etna Police department including Chief Short, Officer Whitchurch, Officer Martin and CSO York worked countless hours both on and off duty. The Etna Police Department was an essential part of the program including locating cat colonies, citizen contacts with feeding and trapping instructions, transporting trapped cats to and from City Hall and most importantly ensuring the safety of the trappers and volunteers throughout the whole event.

In addition to the volunteers, there were several businesses who donated their services to the program. Fort Jones Ace Hardware generously donated the use of their barn to secure the trapped cats before the surgeries. Five Mary’s supplied the volunteers with amazing lunches and dinners for the volunteers and veterinary staff. The Town of Fort Jones donated the use of City Hall where the cats were registered, spayed or neutered and then recovered until ready for release.

On the afternoon of the 10
th Dr. Essex and the volunteers from SNIP arrived with the mobile surgery vehicle and began preparing for the surgeries. Later that evening the trapping teams from Purr-Angels arrived and received instructions and that night’s trapping location. The first night was focused on the Main St Downtown area where they successfully trapped 11 cats within the first 30 minutes. Once trapped, the cats were transported to the Ace Hardware barn and were safely housed there overnight.

On the morning of the 11
th, the cats were transported from the barn to City Hall. Upon intake, the cats were logged and given a tracking number that stayed with them throughout the entire process. After registering and determining the gender of the cats, they were transferred to the surgical team who prepared the cats for surgery. The cats were then taken inside the fully equipped mobile surgical vehicle where they were spayed or neutered. After Surgery, the cats were placed in a cat carrier and monitored by the recovery team. As a precaution, most of the cats were held overnight and released back to the location where they were trapped the next morning. This process was repeated over the next two days and nights, focusing on other areas within the Town.

The goal for this event was to trap between 60 and 80 cats. Over the course of three days, there were 127 adult cats spayed/neutered and 14 kittens that were too little for surgery. The kittens were sent to fosters and will be spayed/neutered at a later date.

There were several monetary donations made by local businesses and organizations which included Ace Hardware who generously donated $2000. The Fort Jones Lions Club donated $700; and the Town of Fort Jones donated $200. Siskiyou Telephone Company and Peterson and Associates both donated $500. The citizens of Fort Jones also donated to the program with dollar amounts ranging from $20 to $1000.

This program put a huge dent in the Town’s feral cat problem, however it can quickly get out of control again. I urge the Council to devise a plan to keep the feral cat population from expanding to unhealthy numbers. I recommend conducting a trap and release program every couple of years or instituting a voucher program for low-income residents to have their cats spayed or neutered.

Thanks to all those mentioned in this report, the program was a huge success.

Respectfully Submitted
CSO Kelly York

We were awarded our FEMA AFG grant totaling over $250,000. This regional grant will pay to replace a portion of our SCBAs. The SCBAs have been ordered and should be here in 4-6 months. We are planning on reapplying for the grant next year to finish replacing the rest of our SCBAs.

The County wide burn ban has been lifted. Dooryard debris burning is now allowed in Fort Jones with a valid burn permit. Burn permits are available at the Fire Station.

Public Works Report
October 2023
Water
The static water level at well three is 21 feet below the ground. The Town pumped 3,161,000 gallons of water this month. The Towns water tested negative for total coliform bacteria. We read all of the meters and recorded the numbers. We entered all of the information into the Towns water billing software. We worked with Donny Breedlove from the California Rural Water Association in inspecting some homes and businesses for potential cross connections. It turns out that there are a lot of potential cross connections.

Anywhere there is a potential for a cross connection will need to have a backflow device installed and have that device tested yearly. We will be working with the office to get some letters mailed out to residences that need to install a backflow device and/or have their current device tested. We noticed a leak on Main Street. We worked with Caltrans to get the necessary forms submitted to work in their right of way area and with RB Aldrich construction to have the leak repaired and the road re paved as per Cal Trans specifications.

We conferred with Cal-Fire to use their parking lot as a staging area. We drafted a letter notifying the public of the interruption of service and had it posted on The Towns website and on The Towns Facebook page. We assisted with the repair and repaving project. We had a safety meeting about proper handling/storage of sodium hypochlorite. We chlorinated the water for about a week while the repairs were taking place. We calibrated the peristaltic pump and adjusted the chlorine dosage to the proper amount of milligrams per liter. We are in the process of procuring more sodium hypochlorite and chlorine test packets so that we will be prepared if we ever have a positive total coliform test and need to chlorinate again. We shut off a few people who are on payment plans for failure to follow through on the agreed payment plans. We worked with Law Enforcement on a particular residence who turned their own water back on by cutting a lock placed on the shut off valve by Public Works. We would like to remind the public that the valve upstream of the water meter is The Towns property and should not be tampered with. Everett completed the monthly drought reporting for the month of September and also the yearly water rights reporting. A copy of any of the water/wastewater reports can be issued via email upon request.

Wastewater
We read and record the flows through the wastewater plant daily. We finished installing a cleanout to get the flusher truck access to a section of sewer main that has been having some problems with grease. We provided SHN with all of the daily flows to the wastewater treatment plant. This quarter we are in violation of the limits set by the WDR (waste discharge requirements) set by the state again. Everett certified that there were no sanitary sewer spills in the month of September on the CWIQS site. We responded to a complaint about a sewer back up at the a business located on Main St. It was determined to be a sewer lateral blockage on the private side and not a Town blockage. The issue was resolved by a local plumber at no cost to the Town and no sewage spilled.

Parks
The month of October we shut down all of the public restrooms at both ball fields and turned the water off to all of the parks. We winterized the bathrooms at the ball fields.

We fixed a leaking kerosene line at the Museum. We trimmed some of the bushes at Town Hall. We raked up a lot of leaves at all of the parks. We are working with the Mayor and Josh to get the deed restrictions in place for our Per Capita Grant so that we will be able to request reimbursement for the funds spent on those projects. We assisted with the setup for the annual Car Show and made sure that the various clubs had water for coffee. We trimmed all of the branches back from the batting cages.

Roads
We worked with Mellissa Cummins from the Local Transportation agency to get an updated contact list for the Cal Smart system. We are working with Morgan from E and S engineers to file a request for reimbursement for the monies spent engineering the Horn St. project set to be paved this spring. Everett attended a Local Transportation Commission meeting along with all the other agencies located in Siskiyou County. Everett, along with all the other agencies voted yes to have the proposed funding allotments brought before the Transportation commission. We cleaned the gutters at various spots around Town. We trimmed some trees overgrowing the sidewalk on OakMill Lane. We picked up and disposed of numerous dead animals along Hwy 3. We are currently working on pulling all of the old batteries out of the speed trailer and procuring new batteries as the old ones don’t hold a charge anymore.

ROLL CALL:

The regular meeting of the Fort Jones Town Council was called to order in person by Mayor Mercedes Garcia at 6:00 p.m. Before roll call was taken Mayor Garcia explained that councilmember LaRiviere would be joining the meeting by teleconference, per state law, due to a medical appointment out of town.

In addition to the mayor, councilmembers present were Kathye Banks, Mark Eayrs, Julia Collie-Mason, and Alexander LaRiviere by teleconference.

Staff present: Everett Hullquist – Public Works, Chief Josh Short – Etna P.D., and Kelly York – Code Enforcement.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Led by Mayor Garcia
PUBLIC COMMENTS:

Bill Beckwith: Called for councilmembers Garcia and Banks to resign from council because of bad administration; the office being closed all the time; losing staff; for losing a grants; that nothing is being done with the Complete Streets Project; and the budget.

Suzie LaMarr: Asked for a status on housing compliance from Kelly York our code enforcement officer.

She also wanted to know about the fire Van Anderson had and if he was sited. She would also like the Town to send out the questionnaire for the CDBG loans.

Karen Whitehead: Asked why the Town has not given her the loan balances on Tim/Lindsey Whithead’s and Chris Whitehead’s loans.

Madeleine Ayres: States that she wants to be helpful to the town and that she would like the council to seek help. She inquired if Adam Cox did the work that was required of him.

Celeste McFall: Asked why the council has not signed the county MOU for the library.

Kevin Hullquist: Concerned that the minutes for the council meetings have not been posted to the Town’s website since May. He would like to see the town move forward with the abatement process on the properties that Kelly York has been working on. To do this, we need to hire a hearing officer. He wants council to reconsider returning the money for the park grant and would like to know why he was not informed of the last two L.O.L.A. meetings.

DISCUSSION / REPORTS COORESPONDENCE: NON-ACTION ITEMS:

A. Presentation: Fire Prevention Grant – by Larry Alexander Larry Alexander from the Northern California Resource Center discussed the fire prevent grant that they were awarded from the state for a fire break on the ridge above town and fuel management on the east side of town. He also discussed the process of the grant, how it worked and the area in which the grant covered. A map of this area was in the agenda packet.

A public Q/A followed the presentation.

B. Audit Report – by Charlie Pillon
Charlie Pillon, a local government auditor, gave an update on the Town’s audit status. Charlie is doing the pre-audit work with Dave Wallace, CPA. Ingrid Sheipline, CPA with Richardson and Company, LLP will be performing the actual audits.

Charlie explained that Mr. Drexel had the audits done for years 2015-2018, but audits were not to government standard due to the accounts not being broken down properly by the auditor, and that auditor found no “findings”. He said that it is strange that there were no findings.

It was suggested that the Town send out letters to all those who have loans receivable with Town as to obtain what balances the customers have as of 6/30/2018 to compare with Town’s balances so that the auditors can receive proper figures for the 2019 audits.

Having the Town’s accounting software upgraded was highly recommended by Charlie. He said a town is not capable of being adequately ran on QuickBooks.

A public Q/A followed the presentation.

C. Police Monthly Report
A written report appears in the October 9th agenda packet. Chief Short gave a verbal update on the Van Anderson fire and informed everyone that Mr. Anderson was cited for this incident.

Kelly York, code enforcement, reported that the problem with dogs being on Main Street is getting resolved; Violations were sent to residents of 101 Butte Street; the cat spay/neuter project is starting tomorrow; Asked about status with Motel.

Kelly suggested that someone on the council reach out to Chuck Kelly about being a hearing officer.

D. Fire Department Monthly Report
A written report appears in the October 9th agenda packet. Chief Hess gave a verbal about the FEMA grant that was awarded. He said this grant was a partial award and that he is working on federal paperwork for the difference.

STAFF COMMENTS:

Everett Hullquist commented that Carolin deserved the $1000 as she does a lot and is under paid.

He also talked about cross connections and backflow prevention devices. He would like an outside source to do the inspections and a letter sent out once a year reminding those with backflow devices that they are due for inspections.

Josh Short talked about the speed sign that is shared with the town and that Etna would split half the cost of the batteries. New ones are needed. He has also is looking into digital feed back signs that might be a temporary fix to alerting drivers of pedestrians in the crosswalks in town. He will provide more information as he finds it.

COUNCIL COMMENTS:

Eayrs commented that a lot of the residents did not know about the water being shut off to fix the water main. He felt that the Town needed a better way to get the information out to the citizens.

LaRiviere inquired about why the library Wi-Fi is being shut off when they are not open.

Subject: Discuss and act on sending Everett Hullquist to a class A license school _________________________________________________________________________________________ Background
The Town of Fort Jones owns a 9-speed truck with airbrakes and a tank. This vehicle requires a class B license with a tank and airbrake endorsement. When this vehicle tows the vacuum trailer, it requires a class A license with the tank endorsement.

Currently no one in Public Works has the necessary license to operate these vehicles. These vehicles are a necessity when operating and maintaining the Town’s sewer and water infrastructure. These vehicles are routinely parked in high traffic/ high hazard areas where an accident is likely to occur.

The cost for this class is $3995.00 for the one week of driving school, plus gas, food per diem, and lodging.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the council approve sending Everett to obtain a class A license to legally operate the Town’s equipment when the budget allows.

Subject: Discuss re-wording the insurance benefits section of the Employee Handbook to include dependents for coverage and clarify options for private insurance. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Background
Recently there has been question about the wording in the Employee Handbook to whether the Town’s insurance benefits included the dependents of our employees.

There has also been question about whether the Town pays for private insurance under the benefits stated in the Employee Handbook.

Since the wording is not clear to answering either question, the mayor reached out to our legal counsel as to what would be the appropriate wording and action to clarify both questions.

Legal counsel only addressed the question about the Town paying for private insurance. The answer was that it is not good practice for a municipality to pay for private insurance.

Research was done to find out that Montague and Yreka include dependents in their insurance benefits.

Attached is the current and proposed re-wording of the Employee Handbook regarding insurance benefits.

Recommendation
It is proposed that the council approve wording the Employee Handbook to include covering dependents under the insurance benefits and to clarify that the Town does not pay for private insurance plans, but will honor those that are being paid as of 13 November 2023.

From: Chief Joseph Hess – Fort Jones Fire Department
Subject: Request to purchase two 3M Scott RIT-Paks and two 60-minute cylinders _________________________________________________________________________________________ Background
The Fort Jones Fire Department currently has one Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) Pak. These packs are used to rescue firefighters who suffer injury or SCBA malfunctions while in a structure fire. Our current RIT Pak is several NFPA cycles outdated and will not be compatible with our new SCBAs that we will be receiving soon through the FEMA AFG grant. These RIT Paks are not eligible for FEMA grant funding as a standalone item even though they are crucial for firefighter safety. We would like to purchase 2 RIT packs so we will have one on each of our type 1 structure engines. These RIT packs can be purchased at state contract discount pricing from the same vendor we are purchasing our SCBAs through.

Attached is a quote for 2 3M Scott RIT-Pak IIIs and 2 60-minute cylinders. Currently they have a small stock of one year old cylinders at a discount over new ones. The quote attached has them listed, but if they’re sold out by the time we order then the overall cost per cylinder will be approximately $500 more each. We would like authorization to purchase these packs out of the fire department reserve account using monies earned on fire assignments.

Recommendation
Staff recommends that the council discuss and approve the purchase of the RIT-paks and cylinders.
