Discussion items only, no action to be taken. Any person may address the Council at this time upon any subject within the jurisdiction of the Town of Fort Jones that is not on the agenda; however, any matter that requires action may be referred to staff and/or committee for a report and recommendation for possible action at a subsequent council meeting.
There is a three (3) minute limit per person.
DISCUSSION / REPORTS: ACTION ITEMS:
1. Review and approve the construction plans and specifications for the Highway 3 Water Main Replacement Project - Phase 1 and authorize staff to proceed with the project implementation and any necessary Actions associated with the bidding and construction
2. Consideration of approval of either the Old High School lot, 125 Newton St., or 101 Butte St. The location to be submitted to the Office of Grants and Local Services to officially begin the scope change request by the Town of Fort Jones Central Community Park and Event Center grant; "project number SW-47-003."
