Any person may address the Council at this time upon any subject within the jurisdiction of the Town of Fort Jones that is not on the agenda; however, any matter that requires action may be referred to staff and/or committee for a report and recommendation for possible action at a subsequent council meeting.
There is a three (3) minute limit per person.

1. Review and adopt a resolution authorizing the Town of Fort Jones to submit a grant application to the California Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program for acquisition and development of approximately 3.47 acres of park property and associated recreational improvements and find the project exempt from CEQA review under exemptions 15303 and 15304.
2. Review and Adopt a Resolution adopting the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) Chapter 10, Consultant Selection as the Town of fort Jones A&E Services Administration and Procurements Policies for State and Federal Funded Projects.
