The regular meeting of the Fort Jones Town Council was called to order by:

Discussion items only; no action to be taken. Any person may address the Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the Town of Fort Jones that is not on the agenda; however, any matter that requires action may be referred to staff and/or committee for a report and recommendation for possible action at a subsequent council meeting.
There is a three (3) minute limit per person.

1. Approve and endorse the Proclamation of Siskiyou County 19th Annual "Read Across Siskiyou" event
2. Presentation from BKF to review and explain CDBG
3. Presentation from Juliana from the Yreka Historic Committee and discussion of the recommendation that the Town Council adopt an ordinance establishing a local Historic district and Historic Preservation Commission, subject to the modifications and implementation measures identified in this report.
4. Discussion on the Fort Jones House Historic Park & Visitor Center Project Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program (SPP)
5. Discussion on recommending a public-purpose adaptive-reuse concept for an existing historic building facing deterioration/demolition by neglect, including use as a public library and community learning center with associated outdoor community- gathering improvements for 11725 Main Street
