Reason for waiting to serve on the Board/Commission - I feel I am a “youthful” voice in a community that looks to the past and loves its traditions. I wish to continue the rural feel of this community but acknowledge the future and growth are coming.In this way, we can grow sustainably, but preserve the traditions Foruna and the Eel River Valley holds so dear.
Expertise you bring to the Board/Commision - I am currently involved in mentoring the citizens of the future at Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the North Coast and I also have a background in construction, environmental policy and remediation, as well as governmental planning and policy.
