SUBJECT: Appointment of City Manager as Negotiator for City Cell Tower Lease Site STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve designation of City Manager as real property negotiator with regards to city cell tower lease site located at 190 Dinsmore Drive.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City owns a site at the city corporation yard at 190 Dinsmore Drive that is leased for a cell tower. The City has received three unsolicited offers over the last three months. It is necessary for the City to appoint a negotiator to be able to respond to these offers and negotiate on behalf of the City Council.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact will result from the City making the recommended designation.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION:
Appoint the City Manager as the Negotiator for the City Cell Tower Lease Site. Consent Agenda vote.
