SUBJECT: River Lodge Conference Center and Fortuna Monday Club Monthly Report for March 2022
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive report as an informational item.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The River Lodge and Monday Club held a total of 22 events in the month of March. Events included 4 monthly meetings, 2 baby showers, and a Celebration of Life. Soroptimist International of the Eel River Valley held their Annual Tea, Fortuna Union High School hosted the Junior Prom at River Lodge, and Southern Humboldt Community Health held a Team Building Workshop. After two years, The Fortuna Garden Club’s Annual Daffodil Show and Sale returned to the River Lodge.
The River Lodge catered 4 Rotary luncheon meetings and Cal Fire held their annual training, COVID testing through Department of Health & Human Services took place on 3 days and The Fortuna Concert Series played at the Monday Club.
The Parks Staff completed the floor refinishing project at Monday Club.
