I. CALL TO ORDER / FLAG SALUTE / ROLL CALL
Mayor Long called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and led the flag salute.
II. ORAL COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There being no public comments, Mayor Long closed the public comment section.
III. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Measure E Recommendations
Measure E Committee Chair, Joe Hardcastle provided a report to the Council regarding their Committee’s recommendation to the Council on how to utilize the Measure E Funds.

B. Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Proposed Budget (General Fund, Transit) Finance Director, Aaron Felmlee provided a presentation on the proposed FY 2022-23 Budget.

C. Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Program
Public Works Director, Brendan Byrd provided a presentation on the FY 2022-23 Capital Improvement Program.

IV. BUSINESS ITEM
A. Fortuna Business Improvement District
Council did not discuss this item. The item was on the agenda for the regular Council meeting at 6:00 pm.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Doug Strehl – Downtown Merchant – Commented that he sincerely hoped the City would figure out a way to work with the BID.

Council Member moved, seconded by Council Member to adjourn the meeting at 11:09 am.
