RESOLUTION 2022-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORTUNA
ADOPTING THE FULL-TIME CLASSIFICATION AND
PAY RATE SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-23
WHEREAS, the City has established a Classification and Pay Rate Schedule for Fiscal Year 2022- 23 for all applicable full-time employees; and
WHEREAS, this Pay Rate Schedule shall reflect the applicable Cost of Living Adjustment for full time employees as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding between the Fortuna Employees and Police Employees Associations and the City for Fiscal Years 2021-22 through 2022-23 as well as Resolution 2022-04, an agreement between the City’s Unrepresented employees and the City;
WHEREAS this Pay Rate Schedule will be effective July 1, 2022; and WHEREAS, this Resolution shall supersede all previous full-time Classification and Pay Rate Schedules.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fortuna that all appointed officers and employees shall be compensated as shown in “Attachment A” of this Resolution.
