SUBJECT: River Lodge Conference Center and Fortuna Monday Club Monthly Report for June 2022
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive report as an informational item.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The River Lodge and Monday Club held a total of 31 events in the month of June. Events included four monthly meetings, a baby shower, five Weddings, and Hydesville Elementary’ s 8 th Grade
Graduation. The Fortuna Police Department held a two-day training at River Lodge that was very well attended. For the second year in a row, River Lodge was the venue for a four day Quilt Retreat.
After a two year hiatus, The Buckeye was back for their Annual Fundraiser. Humboldt Area Realtors held a luncheon/ Meeting. COVID testing through Department of Health & Human Services took place on three days. CalFire met for a training day at River Lodge and The Forest Service held an All Hands Meeting. Chamber met twice at The Monday Club.
