Ratify First Amendments to the Agreements for At-Will Employment for Police Chief Casey Day
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On August 1, 2022, the City Council ratified the amendment to the Employment Agreement for Police Chief Casey Day. There was a mistake in the amendment that included a provision for 3% longevity pay, rather than a 3% increase annually. A copy of the corrected amendment is attached and is it is being requested that the Council ratify the updated version of the Employment Agreement Amendment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Ratify First Amendments to the Agreements for At-Will-Employment for Police Chief, Casey Day. Consent Agenda vote.
