STAFF REPORT: Deputy Director of Community Development Liz Shorey provided a staff report on amendments to the Municipal Code regarding State-Mandated procedures for SB9 Urban Lot Splits & Two-Unit Projects. PUBLIC COMMENTS:

CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Council Member Losey moved, seconded by Council Member Stanfield to hold the second reading and adopt Ordinance 2022-752, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Fortuna Amending Chapter 17.09— State Mandated Procedures of Title 17 – Zoning Regulations of the Fortuna Municipal Code and by Amending Section 16.04.070– Urban Lot Splits of Title 16 – Subdivisions, and Determining the Ordinance to be Exempt from CEQA, and Repealing Urgency Ordinance No. 751.
