5. Brief Written Report
City Manager will be at the CalCities Annual Conference from 9/7- 9/9 and Aaron Felmlee will be Acting City Manager during that time.
Staff had advertised for the part-time FBID staff position and advisory committee members.
Staff have transmitted written comments on Police Facility to Whitchurch Engineering and they are working on responding to comments on the building permit submittal. Staff are close to completing an overview of the specific plan for the former Palco Mill Site and will be scheduling meetings in the near future to solicit input from key stakeholders that own property on or near the mill site. Staff are still working on a draft solid waste franchise agreement to bring to a future Council workshop for consideration. The draft franchise agreement will replace the current franchise agreement executed in 1998 and incorporate needed provisions to comply with SB 1383.
