STAFF REPORT: City Manager Merritt Perry provided a staff report on awarding a contract for the Well 5b Project. PUBLIC COMMENTS: There being no public comments, Mayor Long closed the public comment section. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Council Member Johnson moved, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Trent to approve Resolution 2022-30, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Fortuna approving a contract for the Well 5b Project with Watson Well and authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract with Watson Wells for the Well 5b project for a total contract value not to exceed $32,050.00. Roll call vote. AYES: Council Members Johnson, Losey, Mayor Pro Tem Trent, Mayor Long NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Council Member Stanfield MOTION CARRIED 4/0
