STAFF REPORT: City Manager Merritt Perry provided a staff report regarding the acceptance and execution of grant funds from the State of California Budget Act of 2021 (SB 129). PUBLIC COMMENTS: There being no public comments, Mayor Long closed the public comment section. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Council Member Stanfield moved, seconded by Council Member Losey to designate the City Manager as an Authorized Representative and adopt Resolution 2022-34, A resolution of the City Council of the City of Fortuna authorizing the grant application, acceptance, and execution of the grant funds from the state of California Budget Act of 2021 (SB 129).
