EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Director’s Report
The Rohner Community Recreation and Park District (RCRPD) held their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on 3/1/23. The next steps discussed for the district are to complete a pre-loan application with the USDA, which could fund the construction of an aquatic center. If awarded, the financial model for the construction of the pool would be finalized (including a significant initial donation from a local donor, who may also be willing to fund the construction loan payoff for up to 30 years). After the funding is secured, RCRPD can proceed with an engineer’s report before going to the public for a Benefit Assessment (per parcel tax vote.)
