the City of Fortuna hereby requests and authorizes the service to be performed on the project described below:
Project:
Provide general on-call planning services for a not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 without prior authorization
Specific Work Requested:
Fulfill planning tasks on a time and material basis, as requested by the City Manager to assist the City of Fortuna during the recruitment and transition to a new Community Development Director.
SHN staffing will be based on the need of the task and determined by Bob Brown, Principal Planner ($180/hr) supplemented by Senior Planner ($155/hr), Associate Planner ($100/hr), and Staff Planner ($90/hr).
