I further call upon our citizenry to make every effort to express our gratitude to the men and women who make it possible for us to leave our homes and families in safety each day and return knowing they are protected by people willing to sacrifice their lives, if necessary, to guard our loved ones, property, and government against all who would violate the law.
SIGNED this 1st day of May 2023 at the City of Fortuna, in the State of California, and in witness thereof, the seal of Fortuna.
