RESOLUTION 2023-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORTUNA
ADOPTING THE AMENDED FULL-TIME CLASSIFICATION AND PAY RATE SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24
WHEREAS, the City Council has established a Classification and Pay Rate Schedule for Fiscal Year 2023-24 for all full-time employees; and
WHEREAS, this Full-time Pay Rate Schedule shall reflect the Cost of Living Adjustment for fulltime employees as outlined in the Memoranda of Understanding between the Fortuna Employees Association and the Fortuna Police Employees Association, and the City for Fiscal Year 2023-24; and
WHEREAS, this Full-time Pay Rate Schedule shall reflect the Cost of Living Adjustment for all full-time Unrepresented and Confidential employees as outlined in Resolution 2022-04, an agreement between the City’s Unrepresented and Confidential employees and the City; WHEREAS this amended Pay Rate Schedule will be effective June 1, 2023; and WHEREAS, this Resolution shall supersede all previous full-time Classification and Pay Rate Schedules.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fortuna that all appointed officers and employees shall be compensated as shown in “Attachment A” of this Resolution.
