Council Member Losey moved, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Johnson to continue Cameron Mull's appointment to RCRPD to the next scheduled Council Meeting. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Mayor Pro Tem Johnson moved, seconded by Council Member Mobley to adopt Ordinance 2023-764, "An Ordinance of The City Council of The City of Fortuna Amending Chapters 17.03, 17.06, AND 17.08 of The Fortuna Municipal Code To Comply With The Multifamily Design Standards and To Allow Agricultural Employee Housing Consistent With State Law and Determining The Ordinance To Be Exempt From QECA", read by title only.
