RESOLUTION 2023-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORTUNA
ADOPTING THE AMENDED PART-TIME CLASSIFICATION AND PAY RATE SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the established Classification and Pay Rate Schedule for Fiscal Year 2023-24 for all part-time employees; and WHEREAS, the Pay Rate Schedule will be effective January 1, 2024 to meet the change in minimum wage requirement of $16.00 per hour; and
WHEREAS, this Resolution shall supersede all previous part-time Classification and Pay Rate Schedules.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fortuna that all part-time employees shall be compensated as shown in “Attachment A” of this Resolution.
