A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORTUNA AMENDING THE CITY’S ANNUAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 TO PROVIDE
FOR AMENDED FEES IN THE PARKS & RECREATION AND RIVER LODGE
DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2023-13, the City adopted an Annual Fee Schedule for fiscal year 2023-2024 (the “Fee Schedule”);
WHEREAS, by way of this Resolution, the City Council desires to amend that portion of the Fee Schedule setting forth the camp fees provided by the Parks & Recreation Department; WHEREAS, by way of this Resolution, the City Council desires to amend that portion of the Fee Schedule setting forth the rental fees for the use of the River Lodge and Monday Club; WHEREAS, City Council has considered the proposed rates and found that the proposed rates are reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED by the City Council of the City of Fortuna that:
1. The amended fees for the Parks & Recreation and River Lodge and Monday Club set forth in Exhibit A hereto are found to be reasonable and approved.
2. The City’s Fee Schedule shall be amended to reflect the changes set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
3. The effective date of the fees set forth above shall be April 1, 2024.
4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall cause a certified resolution to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
