STAFF REPORT: Parks and Recreation Director Heather Stevens provided a staff report on the amendment of the City's Annual Fee Schedule for FY 2023-24 to amend fees in the Parks and Recreation and River Lodge Departments. PUBLIC COMMENT: Denise Carpenter - spoke in support of the City's Parks and Recreation Department bringing back the "Leader in Training Program". She expressed appreciation for the skills and leadership learning potential this program would offer youth in Fortuna. There being no additional public comments, Mayor Trent closed the public comment section. COUNCIL ACTION:
