Siana, It looks like I addressed my first email to the wrong person. I was told to address my concerns to Karen. I apologize for that.
I also needed to make a clarification that my husband and I live at the Royal Crest Mobile Estates and our water and sewer bill is not sent directly to us. However, it does still eventually get to the City of Fortuna.

I am a very concerned resident of Fortuna as to the possible 50% water and sewer bill hike. My husband and I are seniors who live on a fixed income, so we are limited in our resources. Please pass the news on that this is an outrageous idea.
