PUBLIC COMMENTS: Jennifer Jensen - Commented that people in the city are not able to sleep.
She encouraged the City Council to adopt a noise ordinance to allow people to sleep and not wake up from mechanical and other noises. There being no additional public comments, Mayor Trent closed the oral comment section.
