STAFF REPORT: City Manager, Amy Nilsen, provided staff report on the interview and appointment of the vacant City Council seat process. PUBLIC COMMENT: Michelle Bushnell and Mat Nyberg. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Mayor Pro Tem Trent moved, seconded by council member Conley to select and appointment Carlos Diaz as successor to fill the City Council vacancy. Roll Call Vote.
