STAFF REPORT: City Manager Amy Nilsen provided staff report on the City's budget outlook and potential revenue generation options. PUBLIC COMMENT: Justin Primofiore, Matt Eberhardt, and Oroville Garrison. There being no additional comments from the public, Mayor Johnson closed the public comment section. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Council Member Diaz moved, seconded by Council Member Conley to direct staff to return with recommended revenue generation options(s) and necessary implementation plan(s); and appointing Mayor Johnson and Mayor Pro Tem Trent to a Revenue Generation Ad Hoc Committee.
