STAFF REPORT: City Manager, Amy Nilsen, provided staff report on the interview and appointment of the vacant City Council seat process. The applicants were interviewed in the following order: Tina Christensen, Abe Stevens, Henry Wotherspoon, and Arlene Spiers.
