SUBJECT: Approve Police Lieutenant Jason Kadle as an Authorized Signer for the City of Fortuna with US Bank
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Jason Kadle, as the recently promoted Police Lieutenant, needs City Council approval to become an authorized check signer for the City of Fortuna with US Bank.
City checks require two signatures, City’s current process is to have five authorized signers to ensure checks can always be processed in a timely manner. The other check signers for the City are Police Chief Matt Eberhardt, Director of Finance Aaron Felmlee, City Manager Amy Nilsen, and City Clerk Siana Emmons. These individuals will continue as authorized check signers.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION:
Approve Police Lieutenant Jason Kadle as an authorized signer for the City of Fortuna with US Bank. Consent Agenda vote.
