SUBJECT: Hydration Station Donation
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the donation of a hydration station from Fortuna Sunrise Rotary to be installed by Park Staff at River Lodge.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
President of Fortuna Sunrise Rotary approached Staff requesting to purchase and donate a Hydration Station with Pet Bowl to the River Lodge. With the nearby walking trail in mind, Staff agreed that the Hydration Station with Pet bowl would be a desirable amenity.
Between various City Departments, and with logistical input from Fortuna Volunteer Fire Department, it was determined that an ideal location for installation would be along the front of the River Lodge, just West of the portico.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Staff time will be required; However, there will be no fiscal impact due to staff time being included in the budget.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION:
Approve Staff’s recommendation to accept the donation of a hydration station from Fortuna Sunrise Rotary to be installed by Park Staff at River Lodge. Consent Agena Vote.
