Revenue Generation Ad Hoc Committee Update

STAFF REPORT: City Manager Amy Nilsen provided staff report and presentation on an update of the revenue generation ad hoc committee.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Matt Eberhardt, Michelle Bushnell, Oroville Garrison, Polly Kinsinger, Justin Primofiore, There being no additional comments from the public, Mayor Johnson closed the public comment section. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Council Member Diaz moved, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Trent to Approve $37,500 to be included in the FY 2025-26 budget for public opinion research to gauge the feasibility of and inform a potential sales tax measure in November 2026 with EMC Research/Team Civ X and authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement for these services.
